A fragmented user experience

GBA had outgrown its web infrastructure. Their main site was on WordPress, while several affiliate companies were operating standalone sites built in Wix by internal staff. They wanted flexibility in how their brands were presented depending on the situation, but this resulted in a fragmented online presence and an inconsistent user experience. On top of this, they were facing some increasing site security vulnerabilities.

In addition, GBA needed a strong website partner to unify their online presence and support their new WordPress multisite installation. The site lacked proper interconnectivity between parent and child sites, presented functional and aesthetic inconsistencies, and posed ongoing technical issues—particularly around data integration, widget behavior, and overall site performance.
